  • We understand that eagerly awaiting the arrival of your order can be quite exciting. To track your order, use the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email or log into your orders dashboard for updates.

    If you don’t see a Pomp tracking email within 10 days of purchasing please be sure to check your spam folder. Tracking updates may take time, especially within the first 24-48 hours.

  • We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but the time it takes can vary based on product availability and order volume. Typically, orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's progress.

  • To ensure that your products are delivered as quickly as possible while maintaining their freshness, we ship your order directly from the vendor to you. This means you may receive multiple packages if you have ordered from multiple brands. You can check on the shipments of your order at any time by logging in and clicking here!

  • During checkout, you will find a designated field where you can enter your discount code. Simply type or copy and paste the code into the provided box and click on the "Apply" button. The discount will be applied to your order, and you will see the updated total reflecting the discounted price. Please ensure that before you checkout your balance reflects the discount!

    PLEASE NOTE: Discounts and/or promotions cannot be stacked. If you’ve already taken advantage of a discount or promotion, we will not be able to apply another one to your order.

  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Check the Return Policy: Review our Return Policy on our website for eligibility criteria and instructions.

    2. Contact Customer Support: Email our customer support team at hello@pompbeauty.com with your order details and the item(s) you wish to return.

    3. Follow Return Instructions: Our team will provide instructions and a return label.

    4. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) and ship them using the prepaid return label.

    5. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement item according to our Return Policy

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to retroactively add a discount code after your order has been placed. If you missed applying a promotional discount code, you can still take advantage of it on any new orders while the promotion is still ongoing.

  • Your Pomp esthetician is available to provide you with any assistance that you may need. Please reach out to your personal esthetician for expert guidance and support in creating an effective skincare routine.

  • To update your account payment information please follow these steps:

    1. After logging into your account go to "Cart" on the left sidebar and click on "Proceed to Checkout"

    2. You will then add your shipping address.

    3. After that you will then click on "Continue to Payment" and add your credit card or Affirm details there.

  • Some products require an esthetician’s recommendation to purchase due to active ingredients that may not be a good fit for some skin types.

    If you’re interested in a product that requires an esthetician’s recommendation, simply tap “Ask My Estie” to send a request directly to your esthetician. Your esthetician can review your request and to determine if it's suitable for your skin type and concerns. If it’s a fit, they will add it to your cart!
