What are the requirements to be publicly visible in Pomp’s “Find an Esthetician” search?

In addition to being an Elevated esthetician, your PROfile must have the following fields filled out:

What are the expectations when I receive a new client through Pomp?

💡 70% of clients who purchase on Pomp do so within 1 week of signing up. The sooner you engage your new clients, the more likely they are to purchase through you!

Send “welcome” message to your new client(s) within 1 business day of sign-up.

  • Ask for “before” photo of skin, discuss client’s goals and concerns, review skin survey responses

Add a Routine** & product recommendations to client’s cart within 1 business day of sign-up.

Clients with Routines are 4x more likely to purchase and commit to their new skincare regimen!

  • Even if a client does not respond to your initial message, make sure they have a basic skincare Routine & items in their cart so that they can begin their journey towards glowing skin.

    • Use this opportunity to share your personal promo code for a 1st order discount!

  • If you’re unsure about a client’s skin type, needs, etc., start with your go-to products that are safe for all skin types

  • Send follow-up message explaining product recommendations, and remind client if there are any unanswered questions

When your client purchases from Pomp, send them a message within 1-2 days after their order thanking them for trusting you with their skincare goals!

  • Use this opportunity to explore any in-person needs, if they would like to come in and see you for a treatment

  • Check-in 1-2 weeks post-purchase to ensure your client received everything, and make sure they don’t have any questions about their updated skincare routine

If your client does NOT purchase from Pomp, check-in with them 1 week after your initial product recommendations

  • Remind them of your personal discount code, or any relevant promos that Pomp may be offering

  • Ask if there is anything missing or if there’s anything that needs adjusting in their updated skincare routine
