My strength is in finding solutions for my clients’ skin concerns in the form of product recommendations and creating custom skincare routines. I don't push products on clients who are not interested. I am not big on sampling. If your client feels confident in your ability to sufficiently address their concerns, they usually won't feel the need to sample something first. Pomp is a great way to create longterm clients who keep buying from you even when they're not coming to see you regularly. It takes a lot of work to build your client list but pays off in the long run. I don't even try to sell poduct at this point and I have a steady stream of purchases coming in every month. I am very direct and extremely patient. I don't beat around the bush and I want you to ask as many questions, and any questions, you want until you feel confident. I have often felt like trainers get impatient with me because I am inquisitive. The more questions we ask, the more thoroughly we attain knowledge and, the more confident we will be when working with our clients.
