Introducing “Ask My Estie” Email Notifications
for elevated & ELITE estheticians onlyBefore, when a client clicked “Ask My Estie” on a product in your Pomp PROfile, it would direct them to messaging to send you a message about that product. Now, we are automating this workflow so that whenever they tap “Ask My Estie,” you will receive an email notification where you can quickly add it to their cart OR log into Pomp to find a better option!
How it works:
Clients can view your favorite products on your PROfile — if there’s an item they’re interested in, but it requires your expert recommendation, they can tap “Ask My Estie”
You will receive an email notification with the client’s name, a link to their profile, and the product they’re asking about.
Tap “Add to Client’s Cart” if it’s a good fit! Otherwise, you can tap “Find Another Product” to log into Pomp’s Product Search and find a better option.
🚨 If this is a NEW client, be sure to ask about their skin concerns, type, and current routine to ensure a personalized recommendation and avoid potential product interactions.
