Track your client’s skincare journey with progress photos
FOR ELEVATED & ELITE ESTHETICIANS ONLYWe’re excited to announce a new feature for you and your clients: progress photos! This new tool will help you and your clients track their skincare journey over time.
Why progress photos?
Visual documentation: capture and upload photos to document skin conditions before, during, and after treatments.
Increased client engagement: clients can upload their own progress photos, helping you understand how their at-home routine is working for them.
Client satisfaction: demonstrate the results of treatments and proper at-home skincare routine and create happier clients!
Build your portfolio: Progress photos are an amazing way to showcase your expertise and results! Remember to always get your client’s consent to share their before and afters before you post.
How it works:
Find your client in Client Search
Navigate to Progress Photos in their Profile
Tap “Upload Photo” and select an image to upload
Add the date the photo was taken and an optional note, for example “Pre-peel” or “Baseline”
To review 2 photos side by side, tap “Compare Photos”
By default, this viewer will load the first and last uploaded photos side by side; you can use the arrows below the photos to toggle each side to a different photo.
Clients can also upload their own photos. Be sure to give your clients guidance on best lighting, angles, and frequency to best measure their progress.
Not sure where to start? Try this messaging:
Hi [Client’s Name], this is [Your First Name]! I wanted to let you know that we can now track your skincare results through my new photo journey feature. You can upload a selfie now and continue to track your progress by uploading a new selfie every month. Just be sure to use natural lighting and avoid wearing any makeup!
